Online Store Terms & Conditions
General
This online store is operated and owned by Irish Vintage Scene Ltd., whose registered office is at 3D Deerpark Business Centre, Oranmore, Co. Galway, Ireland. If you use this website for purchasing items you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions set below.
Items on the website are subject to stock availability.
Pictures on the website are for illustrative purposes, and items may vary from those advertised.
Prices and Payment
All prices mentioned on our website are inclusive of VAT. Postage and packing is extra, and will appear on the shopping cart before checkout.
We accept PayPal, cheque, postal order and credit card as payment methods.
Please Note
Payment should be made at the time of customer order, not on dispatch of items. Items cannot be purchased on credit. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received, or if PayPal address is not confirmed.
Delivery
We deliver to any address worldwide, and postage costs reflect this. We charge for all deliveries except for any promotional offers advertised by us on our online store. Orders are normally processed on the same day if received by us before 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays are processed on the next working day. We aim to deliver orders in three to five business days within Ireland; International deliveries will take longer. Delivery may take a little longer for orders paid by cheque or postal order. We will do our best to deliver an item on time, but we are unable to accept any liability to you for any delay from postal services or delivery companies.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept returns within fourteen days of receipt on any faulty items. After fourteen days you will need to contact the company prior to returning the product.
Return will not be allowed if the item has been used, modified, tampered or damaged. All items are returned at the buyer’s expense, and postage and packing will not be refunded. We cannot replace items that have been damaged in transit; if so, you should take up your case with the postal or courier company.
Cancellation
Submitted orders cannot be cancelled once the item(s) have been dispatched. Also, adverts placed cannot be cancelled once administered. If a customer places an advert for an item for sale but sells it before the advert appears, we cannot refund the cost of the advert.
