For non-club exhibitors, we will have dedicated parking and display sections on part of the racecourse’s car parks, which are solid grass areas. In the off chance of inclement weather, we will move cars to hard-surface parking. Also for cars, we will have separate areas for vehicles of different ages, hence we need your vehicle’s age in advance; it is hoped that there will be parking areas for vintage, classic and modern-classic vehicles.
For all our friends with working exhibits such as steam engines, stationary engines and working displays on tractors or other machinery, you will be in a designated and cordoned-off area.
As there is such a diverse range of vehicles attending, the registration form may not suit everyone, so please do your best or use the ‘additional notes’ section if needed.
