Busy B

When setting out on the classic car voyage you need a pinch of insanity, a helping of OCD and an admiration of classic engineering. All of the above have brought Limerick-man Brian Griffin’s beautiful Mk1 MGB to where it is today.

Classy Massey

Due to its widespread popularity, small size and massive versatility the Massey-Ferguson 135 is one of those classic tractors that’s still quite regularly seen in everyday use today. However this original Louth ‘66 is strictly a collector’s item after a restoration by its long-time owner.

Family Flagship

Janis Joplin’s famous plea to the Lord to ‘buy me a Mercedes-Benz’ is something that many petrol heads could easily relate to. Casting an eye over Tom Lynch’s 1980 Mercedes W126 it’s not difficult to see why these German machines inspire an almost religious devotion among many followers.

The Cricket-Bat Norton

Norton are undoubtedly one of the most uniquely British of motorcycle manufacturers, and the ‘cricket-bat’ CS1 model adds a whole new dimension to that image. This one was raced in the fifties by the uncle of the present owner, and is a treasured family heirloom.

Jack of All Trades

Once numerous at marts, horse races and farms all over the country (and all over the world), the BJ40 Toyota Land Cruiser has become a rare and treasured classic today thanks to the ravages of rust and rough handling. Alan Agar’s stunning example is an even rarer factory long-wheelbase model.
