We feel that it’s important to hear what you have to say about the publication that represents your hobby, so this is your chance to help us shape the future of Irish Vintage Scene. Almost all past changes we have made to the magazine have grown from an idea received from a reader, so please feel free to say what you want.

Donegal Vintage & Classic Car Club Show
The grounds of the Clanree Hotel in Letterkenny have been the venue for the Donegal Vintage & Classic Car Club’s annual show for a good while now, and the hardcore surfaces were welcome on the 12th of May this year due to the showery, but largely dry conditions. Pat Mullan was in attendance for Irish Vintage Scene to bring us these photographs.
Connacht Veteran & Vintage Motor Club’s run
This year marked the 29th running of the Connacht Veteran & Vintage Motor Club’s run through Roscommon. Patrick Mullan was on hand for Irish Vintage Scene over the weekend of the 29th and 30th of June to record the event.
The Breffni Vintage Club’s annual memorial run
The Breffni Vintage Club’s annual memorial run took place this year on the 26th of May, and took in many interesting spots around Co. Cavan. Patrick Mullan was there for Irish Vintage Scene, and took these photographs from the day.
59th Leinster Motor Club Run
Now in its 59th year, the annual run organised by the Leinster Motor Club brings out some truly amazing cars, and this year’s event on the 30th of June was no exception, as Ian Shipley found out for Irish Vintage Scene.
NCBI Car Show 2013
For the second time in its history, the National Council for the Blind of Ireland’s car show was held at St Columba’s College in Rathfarnham, Dublin this year on the 23rd of June. Ian Shipley was there for Irish Vintage Scene to bring us these photos.
Inishowen Vintage Club Annual Show
This year’s Inishowen Vintage Club Annual Show in Co. Donegal took place in scorching sunshine on the 9th of June, and was an unprecedented success with over 6,000 people coming through the gate. Pat Mullan was there to record the event for Irish Vintage Scene, and brings us these photos from the day.

CANCELLED: The 2013 Ferguson Homestead event
(Cancelled) The 2013 Ferguson Homestead event will take place at the usual Long Field, Magheraconluce Road, Hillsborough BT25 1EE on the 17th of August. The event this year will have in attendance for the first time ever a ladies team that competes all over Ireland in building a Ferguson tractor in record time; the Heather Angels. This amazing team of female engineers are from the Co. Cavan area,
Classic Car and Bike run for Autism.
West Wicklow Classic and Vintage Club's Annual Baltinglass Classic Car and Motorcycle run takes place this Sunday at 1:30 PM. Registration is from 1:30 and the cars set off at 2:30 sharp. This years run is in aid of the Solas Special Class for Autism which provides education and specialist services for children with Autism from all over West Wicklow. They are currently constructing a new building which will enable them to double pupil numbers and provide specialist services for the children. This is a hugely important service for the whole community and your support is greatly needed at the moment.

Tune in to RTE Pat Kenny Show tomorrow morning at 10am where you will hear RTE Broadcaster & Senator Marie Louise O' Donnell speak about her experience on joining our WestRun trip to Connemara on saturday last. Marie Louise said it was one of the best research projects she has ever done! Regina.
