Description

The March 2020 issue of Irish Vintage Scene is now on sale, and taking the cover slot this month is an Irish-assembled Fiat 600D that has recently been restored following decades spent lying in derelict condition, after its owner bought it in his early teens back in the 1970s. Our second car feature is another family classic, a Morris Minor Traveller, and this one too has been rebuilt to stunning condition, this time by its owner in order to showcase his classic car restoration business. Our main tractor feature this month looks at a beautiful Fordson New Performance Super Major from the era just before the introduction of the 1000-Series Fords, while our second isn’t a tractor, but a very-well-restored Bamfords manure spreader.

Our motorcycle feature this month is really special, as it looks at the very impressive collection of Heinkel scooters of an ardent enthusiast, up to and including a Heinkel/Trojan bubble-car, and our featured commercial vehicle is a stunning Mk2 VW Golf van. Event reports in this issue include the IVVCC Brass Brigade Run, Kilbroney Vintage Show, Spirit of Dunboyne and more besides, and all of the usual favourites are in there too, so don’t miss out – get your March 2020 issue of Irish Vintage Scene today at any good newsagent, or order (or subscribe) here online!
