Fifty Years of a Legend

Marshall Plan

This is restoration at its best; a few years ago this Series 3A Field Marshall tractor was lying totally covered in bushes with a tree growing up through it. Look at it now!

Tea & Bourbon

Another first for us is a feature on a Bristol Car. These luxurious tourers are few and far between, and we were delighted to come across this very nice example at this year’s Irish Classic & Vintage Motorshow in Terenure.

Battle Steed

This BSA W-M20 Irish Army bike was rescued from a certain end in the scrapyard, and restored to its former beauty. Not only that, but it has since visited the site of one of the world’s most famous battles in Normandy, France.

The Bunclody Berliet

The Berliet truck is a rare sight in Ireland, but even rarer is an Irish-built one. We tracked down this one in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, not far from where it was originally assembled in Bunclody.

Yesterday’s Child

Matchbox’s ‘Models of Yesteryear’ range is a firm favourite with many collectors, and this month we catch up with one such enthusiast; Neilus Carroll from Co. Cork.
