When one thinks of vintage and classic motorcycles most will conjure up the image of a British bike, as in this country there were few alternatives until the Japs caught up and perfected the workaday motorcycle. Between these two countries lies the vast landscape of continental Europe, where once upon a time many great manufactures were based. One manufacturer more recognised for their car business is BMW, who have built some fantastic bikes over the years that are often overlooked by classic enthusiasts. This month we bring you a feature with three such bikes, as Andrew meets up with three keen enthusiasts of the marque.
