Each year the Loughrea Vintage Run takes place in March to raise funds for Chernobyl Child Aid. Organiser Francie Conway is one of the many truck drivers that take part in a convoy to bring donated goods to Belarus. The monies raised from the run go towards transport costs for the trip, and any money left over is used to buy supplies for the most needy of Belarus.
