MAAC All-American Show 2023

Having missed two years due to Covid, this year the Midland American Auto Club is looking forward to holding its 21st birthday show on Sunday the 23rd of April from 11am at its showgrounds opposite Kilbeggan Racecourse in Co. Westmeath, and is inviting all American car, truck, van and bike clubs and owners across the island of Ireland to attend. Always held on the last weekend of April each year, this is the largest all-American show in Ireland with 400-plus American vehicles regularly attending, from Harley Davidson motorcycles to monster big-rigs, American fire-engines and pickup trucks old and new. All of the famous names like Ford, Dodge, Chevy, Buick, Pontiac and Cadillac are there, and more besides, along with automotive-related vendors inside the sheds, kids’ rides and a selection of food and coffee trucks. The famous muscle-car burnout competition will be back this year too. Non-American vintage/classic vehicles are welcome to park in a reserved area of the public car park near the show field, so owners of non-American classics can also bring their older car out for a spin on the day.

Admission is €10, and free for children under 14 if accompanied by an adult. Show cars and occupants get in free; for more details, call 087 2388400 or see www.maac-ireland.com.
