Upcoming Autojumbles

The organising committee of the Monaghan Veteran & Vintage Club have stated that plans are well advanced for their annual autojumble, which is set to take place on Sunday the 21st of November at Clontibret Community Centre (Eircode H18 NX65), just off the N2 halfway between Castleblayney and Monaghan town. “All the usual stalls will be in attendance, with parts for vintage cars, tractors, motorcycles and oil engines, in addition to the stalls with a variety of collectables for days gone by, tools and books,” Monaghan Vintage Club PRO, John Doran explains, adding that refreshments will also be available on site on the day. As the first event the club has held in over a year and a half, they are taking all necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment for all concerned, and so we look forward to the return of this popular autojumble event; for more details, call 086 3526373 or see the club’s Facebook page.

Another highly anticipated autojumble rounding off the year is the North Galway Vintage & Heritage Club’s event, which is scheduled for Sunday the 14th of November. Taking place at the Glenamaddy Equestrian Centre, it’s expected that there will be up to fifty autojumble stands in attendance, with both indoor and outdoor spaces available. Catering will also be available, making for a good day out for vintage and classic enthusiasts looking for those elusive parts to finish off their restoration projects, or even the basis of a new project altogether! Traders are accepted by invitation only, and those interested in finding out more can email dannyglynn1967@outlook.com or call Danny on 086 8510445, Ted on 087 2724963 or Paul on 086 4088466.
