Description

The February issue of Irish Vintage Scene is on sale now, and as usual is packed with over 100 pages of news, event reports and great features. On the cover this month is real mixed bag of classics; this Dublin enthusiast has built up an impressive collection of Irish-registered classics over this lifetime, including a Fiat 500, VW camper, Morris Minor cabriolet and a Triumph Stag. A Honda 175 and 500TX also figure in the collection, which is a true treasure-trove of old Irish vehicles. Elsewhere in the issue we look at an unusual classic car, a Panhard 24CT that is thought to be one of only a handful of right-hand-drive survivors of its kind.

Our tractor features this month include two of the most desirable classic tractors out there; an imposing County 1124 and a beautifully-restored example of the much-loved Ferguson FE35 ‘Copper-Belly’. The first incarnation of Suzuki’s now famous GSX-1100 model line is the subject of our motorcycle feature, while classic commercial fans will be delighted to read our story on a Leyland Super Comet.

Our extensive event coverage includes full reports from the IVETA Indoor Show in Cavan and the footman James Classic Motorshow at Birmingham’s NEC, as well as many other shows and runs from around the country, so you’d never know who or what you might spot in our photos.
